What are paper arts and crafts?  The usual answer is "scrapbooking" and "making cards."  This is a good beginning---but only the beginning.

Paper art and crafting can make a few simple materials into stunning cards, invitations, decorations, gifts, and gift wrapping.  Did we forget party favors,  holiday greetings, Valentines, thank you notes, table settings, seasonal decorations, and home decor?  With the techniques you already know, you can make one-of-a-kind items for almost any occasion.

What about techniques?  Think about stamping, folding, quilling, embossing, stenciling, tearing, chalking, color blocking mounting, or decoupage.  You can even start with computer printing and complete your project with one or more of these techniques.
